Menopause is forcing too many women to struggle in silence or leave the jobs they love.

In workplaces across the UK, stigma, misunderstanding, and outdated policies are sidelining women, damaging confidence, careers, and financial security.

Why this matters:
Behind every number is a woman feeling invisible, dismissed, or pushed out of work because of symptoms no one talks about.

Our report gives these women a voice and offers every employer a roadmap for change.

Because staying silent costs talent.

And it costs careers.

What you’ll discover in the report:
✔ Lived experiences from women at work
✔ Stark data on career impacts and inequalities
✔ Practical steps for employers, managers, and advocates
✔ Why menopause belongs on your D&I and wellbeing agendas

From Report to Reality: Keeping Up the Pressure

Since publishing our finance sector menopause report, we’ve kept the pressure on in Parliament and in the workplace.

Menopause action plans: We've included our call for these in briefings to MPs and Lords ahead of Employment Rights Bill debates. The Bill is currently moving through the House of Lords, keeping workplace menopause firmly on the political agenda.

Flexible working by default: We’ve been lobbying the Minister for Women and Equalities to introduce a duty to advertise jobs as flexible, a simple shift that could open up financial sector roles to thousands more women. Our work has been cited by MPs during Parliamentary scrutiny of the Bill.

These changes could have a huge impact across finance, where culture, long hours and limited progression often create extra barriers.

Menopause can't be overlooked. And it won't be if we keep up the pressure.
Real change takes persistence and people power.
