In workplaces across the UK, stigma, misunderstanding, and outdated policies are sidelining women, damaging confidence, careers, and financial security. Why this matters:Behind every number is a woman feeling invisible, dismissed, or pushed out of work because of symptoms no one talks about. Our report gives these women a voice and offers every employer a roadmap for change. Because staying silent costs talent. And it costs careers. What you’ll discover in the report:✔ Lived experiences from women at work✔ Stark data on career impacts and inequalities✔ Practical steps for employers, managers, and advocates✔ Why menopause belongs on your D&I and wellbeing agendas 👉 Read the report Turning Insight Into Impact: Keeping the Pressure On Since publishing our menopause report, we’ve kept up the pressure where it matters, from Parliament to your workplace. Here’s where our calls for change are showing up: Menopause action plans: We're making sure the call stays on the table. We’ve included this demand in briefings to MPs and Lords ahead of key debates on the Employment Rights Bill, which is now progressing through the House of Lords. Menopause remains firmly on the agenda. Flexible working by default: We’ve been lobbying the Minister for Women and Equalities to introduce a duty for employers to advertise jobs as flexible. MPs have raised our work during debates, showing that our voices are being heard. Change doesn’t happen overnight. But it does happen when we keep showing up.
